I’m a Behavioral Designer. Let me quickly explain what that means to you:
The short explanation -> high level user experience design and product design. It means designing your website, dashboard, app, and just about everything else, to convey exactly what you need, and help your customers reach the full potential you designed for them.
The science -> I am fluent in neuroscience, behavioral economics, practical psychology, and game design. Which means knowing what goes through your customer’s brain as they use your product.
What will move them? What will make them click? What will make them keep coming back?
